Services Agreement

All content, designs, and intellectual property developed by CloudoPi remain our exclusive possession, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to project details, business strategies, and proprietary data.
Payment Terms
Clients are responsible for ensuring prompt payments, as agreed upon in the services agreement. Payments are non-refundable upon agreement signing.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
